Our Financial LX solution can perform consolidated billing for benefits administration, allowing you to remove the burden of managing multiple checks to multiple vendors each month from your clients' shoulders. It includes:
- General Ledger:
- Designed to function as a single- or multiple-company ledger. It handles the payment of claims and vendors, bill postings and record cash receipts.
- Accounts Receivable (A/R):
- Handles all group and individual client billing, invoicing and payment processing. The A/R function also enables you to post cash receipts directly to billed invoices or on-account to client open balances. Plus, it includes query and reporting tools.
- Accounts Payable (A/P):
- Processes payments to vendors including reinsurance carriers, PPOs, brokers, etc. The system automatically calculates costs of sales and commissions, and creates A/P vouchers for these expenses.
