• General Ledger:
• Designed to function as a single- or multiple-company ledger. It handles the payment of claims and vendors, bill postings and record cash receipts.

• Accounts Receivable (A/R):
• Handles all group and individual client billing, invoicing and payment processing. The A/R function also enables you to post cash receipts directly to billed invoices or on-account to client open balances. Plus, it includes query and reporting tools.

• Accounts Payable (A/P):
• Processes payments to vendors including reinsurance carriers, PPOs, brokers, etc. The system automatically calculates costs of sales and commissions, and creates A/P vouchers for these expenses.
