HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Join us at The Westin Buckhead Atlanta! Please note that
hotel reservations are only being accepted through the LuminX User Group
conference registration Web site only http://www.regonline.com/LUG2009.
Please do not call the hotel directly as they will not be accepting reservations.
By registering through the LUG registration Web site, you will have access to
the special group rate of $189.00 single/double occupancy. You must have a
valid conference registration to reserve a hotel room. Rooms are available at
the special group rate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Hotel Cut Off
Reservations must be received on or before 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2009. After this date,
hotel reservations will only be accepted on a space- and rate-available basis
at the LuminX group rate.
Reservation Policy
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room
deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any
reservations unless secured by one of these methods.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel reservations must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to
arrival. Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to arrival will
be assessed a cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax charges.
